Health & Fitness Club
This Co-Curricular Activity started with the aim to train the members to be strong and disciplined. As a club, we persevered through strenuous trainings guided by our very own Health & Fitness (H&F) members to strengthen our stamina, willpower and physical strength. From these trainings, we forged new friendships and developed teamwork. We also competed in the gruelling, physically and mentally demanding vertical marathon competition during the March holidays. Member also are required to prepare an effective and safe weights training programme to achieve specific target e.g. in the area of endurance and strength.
On Thursday mornings, H&F Club organised fun and meaningful fitness programmes for all members and invited professional athletes to acquire knowledge on fitness and health. Teachers also helped out at the gym and trained general student population to keep the individual healthy and fit.
