Notice on Request for School Document and Recommendation for Application to Universities
If you are planning to study overseas and require documents such as teachers’ recommendation and school transcripts, please notify the respective school personnel of your request by 15 Oct if you plan to commence your study in the year following your application.
For request of transcripts, you may approach Ms Sarah Ee, Administrative Manager in-charge of Student Administration, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate your name, NRIC, previous civic group, intended course and university, and contact details when you send in your request.
For recommendation letters, you may approach your former CT or subject tutors directly. If you require the email address of your teachers, you can refer to Ms Sarah Ee.
You are advised to plan your application early. Due to the time required for preparation of documents, please note that we are unable to accede to late requests for documentation or recommendation in Nov and Dec, as the staff will be away from school such as invigilation duties.
