Tribute to Founding Principal
TPJC is deeply saddened by the loss of our most respected Founding Principal, Mr Yahya Aljaru on 24 Oct 2017.
Mr Yahya will always be remembered as a school leader who cared sincerely and deeply for his staff and students. In fact, he was affectionately regarded and looked upon as a ‘father’ and he was one in every sense of the word. He was a hands-on principal who kept a lookout for students in need and was never sparing in his effort to help them. Students who needed discipline said his kind and gentle ways won both their minds and hearts. Mr Yahya saw staff members not just as colleagues but took time to get to know their families as well. He would always have a tender word for those who needed encouragement. TPJC knows she always had a special place in Mr Yahya’s heart because he would never miss any opportunity to come back to the college for events as long as his health permitted. This is why Mr Yahya will always remain TPJC’s most respected founding principal.
Mr Yahya is dearly missed by TPJC.
